  • Peppers: Demand exceeds supply on Jalapenos and Serrano peppers. Quality is fair to good.

  • Melons: Honeydew & Watermelon markets are active with low supplies.

  • Kale: Supplies are short due to limited raw product.

  • Onions-Green: Quality is fair and supplies are short from rain, frost and insect pressure.
